Kristy Trippel - Executive Director
Kristy is a Fort Collins native who has been with Meals on Wheels Fort Collins since 2017, where she has spent the past nine years growing alongside the organization in a variety of leadership and operational roles. During her tenure, she has served as Client Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, Logistics and Operations Manager, and Program Director, gaining comprehensive, hands-on experience across nearly every facet of the nonprofit.
Through these roles, Kristy has led client services, volunteer recruitment and management, daily meal delivery logistics, program oversight, and organizational operations, building a deep understanding of how mission-driven work translates into real community impact. Now serving as Executive Director, she brings a strong institutional knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and a deep commitment to Meals on Wheels Fort Collins’ mission.
Kristy is passionate about working with volunteers and older adults and is dedicated to ensuring Fort Collins remains a supportive community where individuals can age in place with dignity. Outside of work, she is an Eagles hockey fan and season ticket holder who enjoys Sunday family fun days, animals, paddle boarding, and spending time outdoors.
Kristin Watts- Development Coordinator
Kristin is a Colorado native with over 20 years of experience as a business owner and people-centered professional. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals from all walks of life, building strong relationships and supporting people through everyday moments and major life transitions. She also brings nonprofit experience to her role, having previously run a nonprofit, which gave her a deep appreciation for mission-driven work, community impact, and the heart behind service.
Kristin loves working with people, developing strategies and being part of efforts that strengthen the community. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two children, her dogs, and her close circle of friends, along with meaningful conversations and finding joy in the small things. She has long searched for a way to blend her skills with purposeful work and is grateful to be doing just that in this role.
Mikylah Seely- Program Manager
Mikylah grew up in a small town in Nebraska and has lived in Fort Collins since 2021. She loves travelling, trying new things, and is currently pursuing her BSW degree. Mikylah is passionate about helping others, being of service, and building interpersonal relationships. Some of her other favorite things include kayaking, hiking, crocheting, and taking the pup on adventures with her partner. While Mikylah isn’t from Michigan, she’d just like to say… Go Lions!
Lauren Boullier- Volunteer Coordinator
Lauren is thrilled to join Meals on Wheels for Fort Collins. She is passionate about serving people in her community and has been involved with volunteer work since childhood. Lauren considers it a privilege to be able to work with volunteers to serve those in need for a nutritious meal.
She received her B.A. in Liberal Arts Social Sciences and a minor in History concentrating on Civil Rights from Colorado State University.
She is a St. Louis native, but has also lived in Southern Colorado and Mobile, AL before moving to Fort Collins in 2005. She spends her free time watching scary movies, hiking, camping, and traveling with her partner, Sal, and two pups.
